This image was captured at Eagle Point Park - Dubuque, Iowa.

This was a perfect morning for capturing Fall Foliage. 
Over cast lighting, light drizzle and total calm, add up to vibrant images. 
In this photograph, I used a telephoto lens and extracted only a small portion from the over all scene. (300mm AF)
I spent several hours at this location and captured many memorable images.
One word of caution. Don't get so wrapped up in what's in front of you, that you forget to look down at your feet level once in a while. 
I captured many interesting patterns of just leaves an acorns on the ground floor at the same location.

                Lens: Nikor 300mm F4 AF
Tripod: Gitzo 320
    Film: Fuji Velvia 50
  Aperture set a F16

The camera was set up at eye level for this photograph.
