Introductory / Jump Start to Adobe Photoshop

An Introduction to the basics of image editing with Adobe Photoshop, the industry standard photo editing software package of professionals everywhere. Emphasis on basic tools function and the common operations of this powerful image editing software.

Prerequisite: Experienced with MS Windows95 or above, and a working knowledge of photographic principle is strongly recommended.

Goal: To familiarize students with basic operations and image editing tools included in the software package. (Cloning, Layers, Sharpening, Color Correction, turning color images to black and white and much more.) 
You will learn how to accurately clone away unwanted objects in your image, how to repair images that are too light or dark, remove those nasty signs of aging in your family photos.
Many exciting areas of Photoshop will be discussed.
